Reflexology is a holistic healing practice that involves applying pressure to specific
points on the feet to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities. This ancient
therapeutic technique is based on the belief that these areas, known as reflex
points, correspond to different organs, glands, and systems throughout the body.
By applying targeted pressure to these points, Reflexologists aim to restore
balance and harmony within the body, promoting overall well-being.

The benefits of reflexology are numerous and can positively impact both physical
and mental health. One of the primary advantages is stress reduction. By targeting
and releasing tension in the reflex points, reflexology helps to relax the body and
mind, reducing stress and promoting a sense of calm and relaxation. This, in turn,
can lead to improved sleep patterns, increased energy levels, and enhanced mood.
