Brittany is a concussion expert. She draws from her experience in high level sport and working with chronic concussion cases to create tailored programs that address one’s specific symptoms. Utilizing a combination of hands-on manual therapy and exercise prescription, she has great success getting people back to their ‘normal’ after suffering from a concussion.
Brittany also has a gift in treating children! Being a self-proclaimed kid at heart, she is able to gain the trust of little ones quickly and easily, and helps with everything from growing pains and musculoskeletal injuries to tummy aches and bumps on the head!
Overall, Brittany’s treatment approach involves looking at the whole body rather just the site of pain/injury. She understands that injuries have a profound affect on the body; not only physically but also emotionally. Her main objective as a therapist is to address the injury, correct any biomechanical imbalances, and help you return to activity feeling stronger than ever.

Laura Notton
Laura is a registered social worker, psychotherapist, and certified sound therapy practitioner with 24 years of experience. She operates a thriving private practice in downtown Toronto and recently opened a practice at Skyward Active Health Centre in Mallorytown. Laura offers a range of therapeutic services, including traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy, and sound therapy. Laura also provides individual and corporate sound bath experiences as well as Sound-Based Stress Reduction Workshops. Additionally, Laura offers clinical supervision services to therapists and business coaching.
Laura holds a Master of Social Work with a specialization in Health and Mental Health from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University. Tim graduated, with honors, from Trillium College in 2016 and was awarded the Dedication to Education award for demonstrating continued commitment to supporting the education and success of fellow students. Prior to and post graduation Tim has taken continual education training to upgrade skills in assessment, chronic pain management and therapeutic taping for postural and injury rehabilitation.
Tim discovered the benefits of manual therapies after struggling with chronic knee pain and hip dysfunction with competitive cycling. Tim believes a holistic approach to manual therapy is important to understand and guide the patient into a realistic goal setting process and moving their health forward. Elizabeth Rogers
Beth graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science in Human Kinetics. Since finishing school, Beth has been working at Skyward Active Health Centre as a Registered Kinesiologist. She also completed the Massage Therapy program at Trillium College in October 2022, and works as a Registered Massage Therapist at Skyward.
Beth enjoys work in the community, especially through the various sporting programs available in Brockville and the surrounding area as a Sports First Responder. As a past basketball and soccer player, she understands the importance of proper and thorough rehabilitation. Beth is currently the head trainer for the Brockville Braves Jr A Hockey team, and helps to coach the St Mary Sr Girls Basketball team when she can!

Leanne Stevenson
Leanne has always been interested in athletics and participated in many sports growing up. From receiving her Junior Black Belt at a young age to achieving the Top Junior Athlete Award in her high school, Leanne knew she wanted to pursue a career working in the health and wellness industry.
After high school, she completed her Bachelor of Kinesiology with Honours from Brock University. During her time at Brock, Leanne was a student athletic therapist for the varsity rowing team. This gave her the opportunity to work with a massage therapist and learn how to use sports massage to help keep the athletes healthy and ready to perform. Through this experience, Leanne treated athletes on the Canadian National Rowing Team and has been exposed to a variety of injuries. After Brock, she went on to complete the accelerated massage therapy program at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
